Google Apps migration for Microsoft Exchange - ERROR: invalid source server or invalid user ids

The first few lines of the log file contain:

Configuration: Exe name: C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Google Apps Migration\ExchangeMigration.exe

Install Microsoft Outlook (trial should also work).
